Delete your account
You can do this yourself, right now, without asking anyone.
Open Settings in bimdump, scroll to the Danger zone, and choose Delete account. You will be asked for your password to confirm it is you. That is the whole procedure — there is no request to send and no one to wait for.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your account, every entry you captured, and every file you uploaded. Signing out also erases the copy held on the device you are using.
Your access token is destroyed and your session ends the moment you confirm, so nothing keeps syncing while the rest is being erased. What is removed, and the one exception — encrypted backups, which hold a copy for up to about 35 days before rotating out — is set out in the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to your account, try the password reset on the sign-in page first. If the address on the account no longer reaches you, write to contact@bimdump.com and the account will be deleted for you.
If you only want to clear the data on this device
Settings also has a way to clear the offline copy stored in this browser without touching your account. Your entries stay on the server and come back the next time you open bimdump.
